Self humiliation
the violation of one’s core individual or group values by oneself. it can also be forceful in nature. powerful individuals or groups may humiliate by violating core values or they can also make you violate core values.
during holocaust, ss officers would force one jew to cut beard of another jew. the jew who is forced to cut beard of another jew is violating a core group value (since beard has a religious significance) and therefore undergoing self humiliation.
another example is from indian context, in some cases of caste related atrocities members of upper castes have forced members of untouchable castes to eat human excreta which is an extreme self humiliation.
