Self Inflicted Stress Syndrome – SISS
there’s well enough stress out there, but people often add to that e.g. by leaving too late for an appointment and get stressed-out in traffic, or study too little too late for an exam.
i had a severe case of self inflicted stress syndrome – siss this morning: drank too much last night, overslept, couldn’t find my keys, got on the road too late so got stuck in traffic and in the rush forgot my phone.
