1) thinking you are right and then immediately finding out the imminent truth. this may happen when you are alone, or in a group.
2) the act of “shredding” one’s self. (see term shredding)
richard: i can’t find any of my f-cking xbox controllers. seriously, i think someone came in here and stole them.
al: shouldn’t they be in here?
richard: yeah… (eventually pulls back curtain covering the windowsill, revealing the controllers)
