a sepora is a girl who is overly excited and extremely talkative. often seen in middle school groups, seporas tend to have a humiliating and loud laugh. she is usually slightly obsessive over certain individual males. a sepora can also be used to describe a good friend.
girl: omg she wont shut up shes such a sepora!
boy: i wish she wasnt so sepora over me.
