when something you own breaks or malfunctions so you buy a new one from a local retailer and return the broken item in the newer item packaging, you have performed a shady swap.
my kindle malfunctioned after the waranty expired, so i just took it to walmart for a shady swap. they should come with lifetime warranties anyway!
