shartler
to shart onto a person’s upper lip. comparable to a sh-tler, the difference being that the sh-t is applied by sharting it directly onto the upper lip instead of being smeared on with a finger.
yesterday i went up to my wife and gave her a shartler while she was sleeping. she woke up and got so excited that she let me give her a bulldozer!
