a lesser-known technical term for a severely mentally disabled person.
ie; moron, imbicile, idiot
also slang for exceptionally runny & smelly feces.
“that poor little shimric from down the street rode by in his mother’s car and he had finger-painted the window with his own sh-t. the worst part he was licking it, too.”
