the shimrul effect is a natural phenomenon discovered by a british-bengali pharmacist specialising in the study of khalabhai.

most major acts of extreme stupidness and disability can be – according to the theory – attributed to other nearby forces of dopiness or disability. this causation effect is what is known as the shimrul effect.
guy #1: woah what the h-ll, what you did just then was seriously disabled man!
