in microsoft outlook, the act of permanently deleting (shift+delete) a work email that is so lame in regards to tasking or grammar that it doesn’t even merit being read or acknowledged.
boss email: come in sat-rday to work on the contract bid. corporate is really counting on you and i. your sacrifice is truely appreciated–
you: sh-t-delete. problem solved.
