Shitbill
a bill placed to be found on the ground with pooh (feces) spread over 1/4 of the bill. later watched closely on closed circuit t.v. for unsuspecting winner. yay poohbill.
we dropped the poohbill right under the watchful eye of the security camera.
the act of going out of your way to really annoy a friend. you often know what annoys them and you bring this up on purpose snd incessantly.
