a rating system used to cl-ssify an employees level.
the highest level is sh-theads aka bosses.
mid levels are -sskissers aka upper management and brownosers aka lower management.
lowest level is sh-tshovellers aka hardworkers.
according to the sh-tscale at work the sh-theads go golfing while leaving the -sskissers and brownoser in charge of the sh-tshovellers.
