shleader


shleader is a sheep disguised as a leader in typically large organizations. person usually holds a position of authority and power but fails to act with leadership and typically does not have a back-bone, integrity, transparency and fails to act, raise difficult conversations or facts to colleagues or those in position of authority over them. instead shleaders choose to allow unethical behaviours, falsehoods, wrongdoings to continue by either turning a blind eye or by actively partic-p-ting in them.
recent penn state affair and failure of officials within the organization to act when provided information about potential s-xual abuse of young children by well known football coach.

countless “leaders” in government and large private inst-tutions choose to be shleaders in order to keep the peace with colleagues, maintain employment and not risk their place in the organization.
