Shmilt
the feeling of shame and guilt which is felt when awaking after a night of drinking, regardless of how good or bad the previous night’s transgressions were. shmilt can also be experienced after a unforgiveable action due to a serious lapse in judgement.
1. i woke up hungover and feeling severely shmilty, even though everyone had a good time.
