the hand motion made by african americans (usually) in an attempt to embarr-ss “whitie”. the motion usually starts with one hand up high and when “whitie” isn’t expecting it the hand quickly drops the the african americans penile area and then back up to the “whities” face meanwhile all of the african american pack start to howl and scream scarying poor “whitie” away.
