n. a person who specializes in stealing silly bandz. these thieves mainly target young children, often while their victims are displaying or trading their silly bandz, leaving them vulnerable. they may also act in marauding gangs, suddenly and sometimes violently attacking their victims without warning.
guy 1: dude, have you seen my silly bandz? i swear i had a choo-choo train, a poodle and a unicorn just a second ago!
