this is in reference to someone who goes well beyond the levels of uncouth. it is used as a term for defining a woman with the qualities of absolute trash or multiple women who exhibit many uncouth and trashy behaviors. it is also not uncommon to use this term in the vicinity of the city of oshawa, but it has been known for being used in other places as well.
i can’t believe tiffany is someone who sleeps around and has no cl-ss whatsoever. it’s a good thing you got away from a sk-nkanator like her.
