a totally weird scary crazy person. the most sketchy person you can think of.
rasputin was a total sketchmaster. he was so weird and grime.
someone who is soshady, bootleg, unreliable and a tease; they define the epitome of sketchy. these people are defined by being pre-madonnas, provocative, hard to get a hold of, secretive, seemingly popular, narcissistic and preoccupied with the wrong things. these people are only part human, because they so opinionated, they lost all disregard for other people’s feelings or others att-tudes towards them.
