any of several strategies used to make ones self fell like one is being health conscious when in fact they are not.
drinking water or iced tea instead of consuming fatty snacks.

throwing away half your dessert to show you don’t need it is also a skinny tactic.

also, simply -ssuming you are a certain weight and never actually confirming this is a great skinny tactic.
