Skraggler
a lone chick or chicks at closing time (usually intoxicated) hanging on anyone who will give her attention. she is looking to get picked up and known for being an easy lay. she is found separated from the friends she arrived with and usually left behind because of whatever reason: being irritating, overbearing, combative, belligerent, intolerable, unsupportable, etc.
