when you cut the beef or chicken into very small pieces as thin as thread, and cook it for secont time mixing it with onion and tomato in order to make a single mixture which will be served together with rice. some people add eggs to make it more seasoned.
i went to my best friend’s house yesterday afternoon, and they gave me a magnificent surprise! they cooked a delicious chicken smetcher for dinner. that has been my favorite dish since i was a child.
