acronym for “shaking my hair cape” or to be angered and/or extremely annoyed. used often on the gossip blog “oh no they didn’t!” but originated from african american women who often wear hair capes to wrap their weaves/hair in when they sleep (or men use to keep curl in their hair). shaking your head vigorously would be to shake your hair cape.
