smoulgus is noun or sometimes adjective that is equivalent to aids, hepat-tis, gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia, crabs, genital warts, and any imaginable sti, all rolled into one delightfully disgusting package. its basically a word to describe pure disgusting grimey grossness.
