a person who is smug and a git all in one at the same time. not nessasarly a bad saying, can be used in fun also.
when someone does something which makes them smug and because of that you think they are a git also. a smug git.
a friend who pots the 8 ball out of luck and looks smug after doing it.. is a smug-git.
