Snafu’s Razor
snafu’s razor: it only happens all at once.
this principle expresses what happens when life simultaneously conspires against an individual, throwing more stuff against his/her world than can stick. it is the opposite of the ideal, “whenever g-d closes a door, he opens a window.”
nebbish was re-ssigned at work, his wife left him, his house was repossessed, and both of his parents needed heart valve replacements. he stated that it was simply snafu’s razor at work.
