to touch someone you love in public without others knowing what you are doing. “incidentally, accidentally” brush them bringing instant smiles and re-ssuring them you love them.
you can’t actually touch or snuggle in public (might not be appropriate), so you”happen” to brush your hand so it touches your “snuggle bear”. no one else has a clue, but you 2 know you were just “sneaking snuggles”.
