sneckling
a form of heckling where the person plays it off by confusing it with a cough or a sneeze. usually done at a concert when a heckler is trying to be subtle, but it can easily be used in everyday conversation as well.
all the dirty, burnout hippies loved the band’s version of “free bird” but i was sneckling them.
