a term to describe a person that is extremely intoxicated from excessive drinking of alcoholic beverages. slobbering blabbering drunkeness. more then drunk, hammered or wasted. intoxicated to the point of zero knowledge of ones behavior and the next day no recollection of the previous evenings events. term originated in the texas and oklahoma regions of the usa.
