Soft-Path Soldier
the type of guy that thinks he can get with a girl by being her friend until she somehow falls for him. in many cases, the soft-path soldier has been known to remain friends with a girl for years on end, staying on the sidelines through her relationships as the “supporting guy friend.”
“soft-path” refers to the style in which this type of man goes for his girl. the soft-path soldier travels down the weakest and most candy–ssed path that he could possibly take to get with a girl.
“who is that guy that you hang out with”
“oh he’s been my friend for a long time.”
“does he like you?”
“yeah, he’s my soft-path soldier, but don’t worry that kind of sh-t doesn’t work with me”
