a thing you get called by stunningly superior people when you do or say something amazingly stupid.
1. you bleedin sp-ck head, you just spilt my beer.
2. an oxymoron is not a dumb ox you stupid sp-ck head.
3. it’s not in the drawer. well, what’s this then you sp-ck head.
a stupid person; less offensive version of “spastic” as an insult, like saying “oh – sugar!” instead of sh-t. can variations include “sp-ck’ead”. see also “spatula”.
