Speeding in a School Zone
a term for masturbating/ejaculating. the term comes from the fact that the average speed of -j-c-l-t–n is 29 mph, while a school zone has a speed limit of only 20 mph. thus, your -j-c-l-t- would get ticketed for speeding in a school zone.
frank: “dude, i was just speeding in a school zone before i got here.”
tom: “did any cops catch you???”
frank: “not that kind of speeding, you dolt!”
