the uncalming fear of what may be on the underside of the toilet seat in a public bathroom.
someone before you may have made some porcelain percussion with their toilet m-ffin pasted to the seat and made a heck of a mess on the under side. you are afraid to touch the seat and lift it up! this is splattermatterphobia!
