Spring Lake Heights
also known as the heights, it is located exactly west of spring lake is considered one of the best and coolest towns in the manasquan district. it is know for it many great places to eat such as seabreeze and the champaign porch. citizens of heights are known for their “heights pride,” and constanly show it by constanly owning the citizens of the other towns, especially people of spring lake. there is constant tr_td activity present in heights being that is houses a few of its members. spring lake heights possesses ocean road park which is home to the famous mlu stickball tournaments.
