a new term used by some members of the xbox live community to express complete unfamiliarity and or a lack of skill in any given game. in other words, sru phil is used to describe a complete noob.
john is such an sru phil, he was aiming with a smoke grenade and now his head is gone because he wasn’t moving and got owned by a sniper.
