1. a conclusion or judgment made after smoking too much marijuana and standing up from one’s sedentary position
2. the altered choice to remain stationary after having smoked too marijuana and standing up with the intention of going somewhere
3. a decision made after realizing one has smoked too much marijuana and is consequently too lethargic to move
