a maniacal wave of seemingly senseless comments praising a celebrity, athlete, musician etc. made by crazed, over-zealous and often brainwashed fans, also known as “stans”, in reference to the eminem song stan. comments are usually backed up by little, or no logic, and are entirely opinion.
