nonsensical terms created by starbucks for branding purposes; often words misappropriated from other languages. e.g., grande/tall/venti, chai latte, vivanno, hand-crafted beverage, latte; barista
someone held up the line by refusing to use starbby-speak; she confused the barista by ordering a “small” coffee.
