the original and only true gnr drummer. mops the floor with his replacement matt sorum in terms of style, swing, feel, groove, creativity, and any other non-technical category. one of the most unique drummers of all-time.

the drummer for guns n’ roses on appet-te for destruction and gn’r lies. he wasn’t a great drummer, but his style worked for the band. he was a big partier, and was kicked out during recording for use your illusion 1 and 2 when his bandmates realized he was too drugged-up to play, and was replaced by matt sorum. the only song he contributed to use your illusion was “civil war.” he kept using drugs until a m-ssive stroke which left his speech slurred. he now drums for his band adler’s appet-te. he has also sued former band members, like every other gunner.
it is believed that “the spaghetti incident?”‘s t-tle is inspired by a spaghetti fight that took place between matt sorum and steven adler.
the only original member of guns n’ roses not to have a definition. (before you say izzy stradlin, look up “izzy”).
though he was a sh-t drummer (never had a drumming lesson, didn’t own an actual drumkit till he was 18), he still deserves some recognition
