to have the munchies after smoking marijuana but not actually have anything to munch and no way, bar a long long walk to the nearest all night petrol station, of getting any munch.
dude #1: hey man, last night we smoked some grade a sh-t last night!!
dude #2: you get the munchies, man?
dude #1: worse. we got totally stunchied dude, almost ate my cat in desperation!!
