Stunned Broad
women, more specifically stupid women you see in public places, i.e bars, driving, etc. they are cl-ssified by the stupid things they do and then more importantly the look on their face after, a look of “did i do something wrong?” yes you did and for it are a stunned broad. the look appears generally as one of stun, large eyes, open mouth and hands on cheeks in some cases.
