Sutwan
sutwan (pr-nounced sut one) is a word used to describe a person who is constantly lost or does not know what is happening. it is usually said to them when they commit an obvious error without knowing it.
a person who is always sutwan is known to have ‘sutwan disease’, which may be contagious.
