a word to describe someone who is not doing something right or is not consistant in what there doing in any situation. ie; swerving a car out of ur lane by accident on the road.
you: hey, can u hammer this nail for me? ill hold it in place for you.
guy: sure, no problem!
(misses the nail and hits your hand)
