when the host of a party, gathering or social media thread p-sses out halfway through the event. the term does not apply to the first instance of the act, but on at least two separate occasions. it is especially accurate when host specifically states that “i will not p-ss out like i did the last time.”
guest: “hey, where’s joe? i just saw him a few minutes ago.”
joe’s roommate: “yeah, he started drinking about 4 hours ago, i think he stamped the ol’ swiss p-ssport. you’re welcome to stay, just don’t expect anything out of joe. he’s toast.”
