when there are two cars in front of you on a two-lane road going exactly the same speed, preventing you from p-ssing. can be expanded for three or more lanes, or even walking behind people on the sidewalk.
i would have been here earlier but these d-mn synchronized douchebags on the parkway didn’t let me p-ss for 20 miles!
