to follow in example of nikki sixx, “sixx’n” refers to overdosing, being revived in an ambulance, escaping the hospital, and going home only to overdose again. when used as a verb in casual conversation, “syxx’n” does not necessarily have to refer to heroine use, but can describe being under the influence of any substance, and getting into trouble.
