when you feel the need to top up your generous annual leave, and bank holidays with some extreme sick leave.
this is the “take an uta holiday”
after her 2 week holiday susie decided that she was unwell and needed an extra week off, to relax before she took her next holiday in two weeks time. after that holiday or even before she would also take an uta holiday.
