an extremely irritating blonde chick that has a nasty habit of ruining parties and various other social gatherings purely by showing up and acting stupid. talky mcbuzzkill can be easily identified by her unusually high-pitched voice and unintelligent style of thinking. also, things are constantly coming in and out of her mouth.
