noun- a person who is thought to have relatively normal cognitive function, but has temporarily lost control or memory of all cognitive function. a king of the tards, especially in the genre of video games. someone who repet-tively screws up or homes out. a person who, if you didn’t know them, you’d think they were mentally impaired.
