a hindi/urdu/punjabi slang for an uncultured, immoral, petty, lowlife, cheapskate.
made by joining ‘tatti'(sh-t) and ‘maar'(to throw). grammatically translates to ‘sh-t-throw’ which intends to convey that the person deserves to be struck upon by sh-t..deserves to have sh-t thrown on their face.
