a person with above average tech knowledge, who, upon learning you have a new “gadget”, peppers you with technical questions he knows you don’t know the answers to, in order to stump..therefore embarr-ss you, making you feel as though you may not actually deserve to have the gadget.
suzi: look at my new digital camera.
dean: oh cool, how many maga pixles does it have? how many millimeters is the zoom? is it hd?
suzi: ….. um, i don’t know…it was a gift you tech bully.
dean: you really should know that.
