good techiquette includes, but is not limited to: turning off a mobile phone during ceremonies and in meetings; not using all caps when corresponding online or be email; acknowledging text messages that request a response; using the “offline” option or at least afk when away from the computer; and blind ccing contacts to maintain privacy.
